Mizuki is the quirk-born daughter of Hibiki Shimakaze and Zaizen Miyoshi, born from the Girl Power quirk of Flamma Kai.
Mizuki is also a member of the gang, Xifas

Mizuki is playful, but often aloof and indifferent about many things.

Powers and Abilities[]
Qurik: Cat Tank[]
Cat Tank is an mutant-type quirk that has the same properties of the quirk Panzer, but in the form of a cat-type mutation instead. The overall output of Cat Tank cannot be changed like Panzer, but instead gives the user a default increase in strength, defense, speed, and agility. The quirk also gives the user a set of cat ears and a tail.
The weakness of Cat Tank is two things, dogs and/or water.
