Hector D. Draco (ヘクター・D・どラコ Hekutā Di Dorako) is the younger brother of Delsin D. Draco, who attends the Aruban Junior School. He is the twin brother of Anne D. Draco.
Appearance[]
Hector looks pretty much like his older brother, Delsin, be it in stature and overall complexity. However, his presence is said to be goofier and, as a result, somewhat more notable, described as someone who is always with a smile. Furthermore, Hector has slightly tanner skin and straighter hair.
His eyes are large, and their pupils are simple, having a black color and a small size. As stated, his hair looks like Delsin's, but, is way less wavy and is much short, reaching only his ears and acquiring a spiky style.
Personality[]
Always bearing a smile on his face, Hector is a pretty energetic kid, who is always on the move and trying to discover new things. This curious trait inspires him to constantly study and do better at school.
He openly respects his elders and those he is first meeting, politely greeting them. With his father and mother, Hector always bids them "good morning" and "good night".
Hector is pretty supportive, specially towards his siblings, Delsin and Anne. He constantly tries to make them feel hyped up by pointing out the good points in their personalities, and reminds them of the good memories they shall continue to build. Delsin, at first, humours that Hector does these, so that he can be paid later on.
History[]
In 2073, Hector was born to Lucia and Antonio, at Tokyo in Japan, as the twin of Anne. Despite being born in Japan, neither received a Japanese name.
When Delsin entered Middle School, 2074, Hector and the rest of the family moved back to Musutafu, where he has entered a new junior school, Aruban, famous for taking care of babies.

As a kid, Hector has next to zero fighting capabilities, however, he has already discovered his Quirk.
Quirk[]
Hector's Quirk: A variation of his Parents' quirks, Hector's quirk allows him to absorb and deliver heat through physical touch. It is unknown how much heat he can store and how much he can let out at once, but, it is known that the heat fades away some time after it has been absorbed.

Delsin D. Draco: Hector greatly looks up to Delsin, and often snarks at how much they look alike.
Anne D. Draco: Being supportive of his twin sister, Hector tries to cheer Anne often and maintains a good relationship with her.
