Animate is an emitter-type quirk used by Hooded Man, it allows him to create puppets out of materials ( such as steel, rock, or even wood) called golems. The golems are completely obeidient to their master's will. If given no orders by their master, the golems will act to protect their master even if it means their own destruction. The height and the number of golems Hooded Man can create and control at the same time depends on his physical state ( being deeply wounded would make him unable to create more than one golem). So far, Hooded man can't have more than 3 golems active at the same time. In general, the golems he created have height of 5-6 meters, but he managed to create a 10 meter golem once in the past. While his quirk is active, blue circles appears around his hands and the golems' hands when created. The golems possess gigantic strengh and can be devastating on fights if their blows are not avoided.

Abilities

Golem Creation : By using his quirk, Hooded Man can create a golem out of the nearest present material, for example, if Hooded Man is in a mountain, he'll able to create rock golems.

Golem Regeneration : By using his quirk more intensively, Hooded Man is able to regenerate wounded golems in order to keep them in an available state when they're wounded, but the process really saps his stamina.

Combination technique : Psychic Army : This technique is used in Combination with Kira 's quirk Psychic Materialization . Hooded Man creates golems who are equiped by  gigantic Psychic Blades and Psychic Armors by Kira , because of their inorganic nature , the golems can't feel plain from being in contact with the blades. The result is that golems possesses a greater resistance and attack power. They only used this combination once, when them and their comrades were in a dire situation while confronting villains.
